Key Responsibilities

Customized Skincare Treatments

Perform professional skincare services including customized facials, skin analysis, exfoliation, masks, and extractions while delivering an elevated spa experience.

Client Consultations

Conduct thorough consultations to understand client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term skin health.

Retail & Service Recommendations

Educate clients on proper skincare routines and confidently recommend professional skincare products and complementary treatments to enhance results.

Client Relationship Building

Develop strong relationships with guests, encourage repeat visits, and build a loyal returning clientele.

Spa Standards & Cleanliness

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in accordance with spa and industry standards.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with spa staff to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere and deliver a consistent luxury spa experience.

Qualifications

Active Esthetician License

2+ years of professional spa experience preferred

Strong consultation and client communication skills

Confidence recommending professional skincare products and treatments

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Passion for skincare, wellness, and client results
