This role is designed for a skilled, confident LVT who wants to practice at the top of their license in a supportive, non-corporate environment.
Clifton Hollow Animal Hospital is a privately owned, community-focused small-animal practice seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician who values high standards of medicine, autonomy, and sustainable work–life balance.

Compensation:
- $30–$36 per hour, DOE
Our pay range is based on experience, efficiency, and clinical skill set, and is intentionally structured to compete with — and exceed — other leading clinics in the Poulsbo/Kitsap County area.

This Role Is Ideal For an LVT Who:
- Confidently manages anesthesia and surgical nursing.
- Performs dental cleanings and full-mouth radiographs.
- Is comfortable with in-house diagnostics and patient monitoring.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Washington State LVT license (required)
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience strongly preferred. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
