Experienced Line Cook

Home Kitchen Café is seeking an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our high-volume, scratch-made breakfast and lunch restaurant. We are a fast-paced kitchen that takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and quality execution.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled cook who thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing excellent food during busy services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience required
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong knowledge of line setup, timing, and organization
• Ability to multitask and stay focused during peak service
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities:

• Execute breakfast and lunch service with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
• Follow recipes and plating standards consistently
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with prep and daily kitchen setup/breakdown
