Duties

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Use knife skills proficiently for slicing, dicing, chopping, and other prep tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food presentation techniques
• Background full service menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.​
• Familiarity with food handling equipment, kitchen tools, and cooking techniques.
• Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
