Experienced Line Cook

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is about more than just cooking great food — we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to take initiative without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
• Take initiative to assist teammates and complete tasks without needing to be asked.
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization at all times.
• Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, prepping, stocking, and supporting overall kitchen operations.
• Communicate professionally and positively with chefs, managers, and team members.
• Support a strong team culture built on accountability, respect, urgency, and reliability.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork mentality and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Self-motivated with the ability to recognize and complete tasks independently.
• Commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
