Experienced Line Cook - Hotel Restaurant

Holiday Inn Houston is a full service hotel. We are looking for Line Cook at our hotel located near Bush Airport. The hotel has a restaurant that opens daily for breakfast and dinner. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
