Experienced Litigation Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5 to 15 years experience in Ontario, California. This candidate will handle all types of personal injury litigation matters including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, etc.

Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation matters
• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• 5 to 15 years of litigation experience.
• Proven track record in personal injury litigation cases
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of successful settlements.
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Commitment to professional stability and growth.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
