Experienced Litigation Attorney:

Boutique Law Firm in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey is seeking a Litigation Associate NJ Bar admission required. NY admission a plus but is not required. The job duties include primary responsibility for handling a mix of plaintiff's personal injury and general litigation cases.

Candidates should have hands-on litigation experience, including conducting legal research, discovery, taking depositions, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, preparing and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. Prior experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity for a substantial year-end bonus each year based on readily obtainable revenue targets derived from work on matters for the Firm without the need for producing new business. Generation of new business by the candidate is not required however, an additional bonus for new matters brought to the Firm is available. Opportunity to earn between $200,000 to $400,000 based upon efforts and results even without originating new business. A signing bonus is available for new hires prior to 12/1/25.
