EXPERIENCED Litigation Paralegal / Clerk (IN PERSON)

Litigation Paralegal / Clerk - WITH BENEFITS
Responsibilities include:

- Propounding and Responding to Discovery for Personal Injury Cases
- Calendaring Deadlines for Discovery Responses
- Preparing Deposition Notices & Objections

- Filing Documents & Communicating with the Court
- Other tasks necessary to assist the attorney in charge as needed

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE LITIGATION EXPERIENCE
- PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
