Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the bank, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Process a variety of banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments using cash management and cashiering skills
• Handle cash with precision, ensuring proper debits & credits and maintaining balanced cash drawers through basic math and retail math proficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a lobby teller or in a similar customer service role within the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of banking operations including cash handling, debits & credits, loan processing, and basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively manage client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in banking or finance is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
