EXPERIENCED LOCAL PIER CONTAINER DRIVERS

International Motor Freight is hiring experienced drivers to join our team.

We are looking for drivers that have worked in the Port of New York/New Jersey

$5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

$30.00 per hour + O.T.

Requirements:

Class A license with 2 years’ experience

CONTAINER EXPERIENCE A MUST

Manual Transmission

Clean MVR within the last 3 years

Must be able to pass DOT exam and drug screening

Knowledge of DOT regulations

Twic Card required

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport containers locally.
- Utilize manual transmission skills to maneuver vehicles efficiently.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to uphold safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow designated routes.
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in all aspects of the job.

-Be proficient in the online applications used by APM and Maher Terminals
