Experienced Lube Tech

Are you an experienced lube tech looking for a steady position with a set schedule and no customer vehicles? We are hiring an Experienced Lube Technician to help maintain our company fleet. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently after training, stay organized, and take pride in keeping vehicles serviced, safe, and road-ready.

Position Summary

The Experienced Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and preventive service on company-owned vehicles only. This role is ideal for someone with prior lube tech experience who is comfortable working independently once training is complete. Candidates with minor vehicle repair experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance on company vehicles
• Check, top off, and replace fluids as needed
• Replace filters and complete standard preventive maintenance services
• Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance concerns and service needs
• Identify minor repair issues and communicate them appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Safely move and operate company vehicles as needed
• Work independently after completing required training

Qualifications

• Prior lube technician experience required
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Ability to work independently after training is completed
• Minor vehicle repair experience is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
