Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate master Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lean/Master Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the beauty and well-being of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to engage in product demonstrations and upselling, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.

Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine appropriate treatments for clients.
• Provide product demos to educate clients on skincare products and their benefits.
• Conduct skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Demonstrate product demos and retail sales techniques to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas after each session.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best services possible.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience as a Master Aesthetician with expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion and cryo therapy
• Experience in product demonstrations and upselling.
• Familiarity with Boulevard software is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
