We are seeking a skilled, personable, and driven Master Esthetician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Master Esthetician will provide customized facial treatments, advanced exfoliation procedures, body treatments, and hair removal services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, confident in consultations, and passionate about client education and results.

Training in Brazilian Detox techniques and protocols will be provided.

Services You Will Perform

✅ Skin Care Treatments

• Customized facials
• Deep cleansing facials
• Acne treatments
• Brightening / hyperpigmentation treatments
• Sensitive skin treatments

✅ Advanced Exfoliation

• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion (crystal or diamond tip)
• Dermaplaning

✅ Electrical & Mechanical Treatments

• High frequency
• Microcurrent
• LED light therapy

✅ Hair Removal

• Face and body waxing

✅ Body Treatments

• Lymphatic drainage massage (cosmetic/manual)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on home care and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Ensure strict compliance with Virginia sanitation and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and high-touch client experience
• Build long-term client relationships and encourage retention

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Master Esthetician License (required)
• Strong experience in facials and advanced exfoliation treatments
• Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, microcurrent, LED)
• Lymphatic drainage massage experience is a plus (training provided)
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills
• Confident in recommending retail products and treatment packages
• Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (required)
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Available to work onsite in Arlington, VA
• Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
