Divorce / Family Law Attorney (Full-Time, On-Site (Remote on Fridays))

Location: Downtown Manhattan, NY
Salary: $125,000–$145,000 a year (depending on experience) + year-end performance bonus

About Us:

We are a boutique divorce and family law firm in downtown Manhattan seeking a skilled Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience in New York divorce and family law. This is an on-site position involving significant court appearances and client interaction. We generally work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in divorce and family law matters in Supreme and Family Courts
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Manage cases independently while meeting deadlines from start to finish
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain case updates
• Work collaboratively with a small legal team
• Conduct trials and hearings

Qualifications:

• J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in divorce and family law
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and punctuality
• Must have experience doing trials and hearings

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $125,000–$145,000, based on experience
