$500/week (paid weekly)

20% commission on deals you close (Approvals provided to you)

35% commission when you open and close the deal yourself

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working a daily pipeline of warm and exclusive MCA leads

Handling inbound, pre-qualified, and aged data to generate same-day closes

Following up with existing clients for renewals and larger second rounds

Structuring deals with the help of our internal underwriting team

Offering a full suite of MCA products: 1st–5th positions, reverse consolidations, renewals, and LOCs

Building long-term merchant relationships with consistent communication

Navigating lenders, paperwork, and approvals quickly to get deals across the finish line

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of MCA closing experience (openers with experience are welcome, but this is a closer-first seat)

You’ve funded $300K+ per month consistently at prior shops

You know how to drive urgency and control the conversation

You’re fast, focused, and know your lender matrix

You can work 20–30+ live leads a week and still follow up smart

You’re hungry, coachable, and looking for a real home, not a pit stop
