Experienced Mechanical Assembler

This job requires a minimum of 1 year experience in industrial manufacturing assembly to interview.

This position is for 1st shift & 2nd shift with $2 per hour differential working Monday through Friday with required training for certification.

Duties:

- Perform set up for parts set up process / kitting to ensure safety and quality of work

The mechanical assembler will use the forklift, overhead crane, drill press, saw, and other equipment in a fast paced environment to prepare parts for manufacturing process .

Skills:  Attention to detail  Prioritizing multiple task  Teamwork  Self-Motivation  Prior Microsoft Office experience is a preferred (Specifically Microsoft Excel)  Organization  Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required  Prior overhead and boom crane experience is preferred but not required

- Operate and maintain machines used in the production parts kitting process
- Set up equipment according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Experience forklift equipment & overhead crane preferred
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with industrial ultrasonic parts cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Note: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
