Experienced Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant Mechanical Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Degree and possesses specialized experience in manufacturing machinery. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, compressor and machine wiring issues independently.
• Manage setting changes, calibration, and machine setup for different items, styles and materials.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed using workshop tools (lathe, milling, drilling).
• Maintain detailed service logs and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician.
• Specialization: Previous experience in the Buttons manufacturing field is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
