We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools, including the Ohmmeter, to measure electrical resistance within components
• Repair or replace faulty mechanical parts, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and technical specifications
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in detailed reports for future reference
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and implement upgrades or modifications
• Assist in commissioning new equipment by following installation procedures and testing operational readiness
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and parts are properly stored after use

Experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician with a strong background in maintaining industrial machinery
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems efficiently using diagnostic tools such as the Ohmmeter
• Knowledge of electrical systems related to mechanical equipment is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures relevant to mechanical maintenance environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards identifying issues before they escalate
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals accurately
• Excellent communication skills for documenting work processes and collaborating effectively with team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 per week
