As an Experienced Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist, you will perform advanced, non-medical aesthetic treatments while creating a warm, comfortable, and elevated experience for every client. You will work closely with our RN and management team to ensure treatments are delivered safely, consistently, and with excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Delivery

• Perform non-medical aesthetic treatments including:
• Laser hair removal (Candela GentleMax Pro Plus)
• RF skin treatments (Candela Matrix)
• Conduct thoughtful client consultations and skin assessments
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and goals
• Educate clients on treatment plans, timelines, and expected results

Client Experience

• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment
• Prepare clients before treatment and provide thorough aftercare guidance
• Ensure each client feels comfortable, confident, and cared for
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust

Sales & Rebooking

• Recommend personalized treatment plans and service packages
• Encourage rebooking and consistent treatment schedules
• Support retail and service recommendations in a natural, client-focused way

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all laser safety protocols and scope-of-practice guidelines
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Identify contraindications and collaborate with RN when needed

Operations Support

• Prepare and reset treatment rooms between clients
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and overall presentation
• Support daily flow to ensure services run efficiently and on time

QualificationsRequired

• Active Michigan Esthetician License
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a spa or med spa setting
• Experience with laser treatments or advanced skincare services
• Strong understanding of skin types and treatment planning

Preferred

• Experience with Candela devices or similar laser platforms
• Medical spa experience
• Strong consultation and client relationship skills
• Confidence in recommending services and treatment plans
