Experienced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician

Full-Time | Step-Into Position | Castle Rock, Colorado

This is not a “build your own clientele from scratch” position.

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, fully booked role at a respected, award-winning medical spa that has cared for loyal patients for more than 14 years. Our beloved Lead Aesthetician is relocating out of state, and we are searching carefully for the right person to take over the care of her long-time patients — someone who is experienced, talented, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely kind.

The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, but also understands that the most memorable part of a patient experience is how you make people feel. We are looking for someone warm, polished, professional, dependable, and capable of thoughtful critical thinking in a fast-paced luxury environment.

This position is immediately available, and our current Lead Aesthetician will personally assist with orientation and transition training to help ensure a smooth and supported handoff of care.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician with strong hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments and patient care.

Ideal qualifications include:

· Current Colorado licensure and laser certifications as required

· Experience performing medical-grade aesthetic and laser treatments

· Strong consultation and communication skills

· Professionalism, reliability, and excellent personal presentation

· Confidence working independently while also functioning as part of a close-knit team

· Strong judgment and critical thinking skills

· A calm, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent personality

· A genuine passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and patient relationships

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,640.00 per year
