What You’ll Do:

As an Experienced Medical Aesthetician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering advanced treatments and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Educate clients on spa procedures, products, and post-treatment care.
• Address client feedback and provide solutions to enhance their experience.

Aesthetic Treatments:

• Perform advanced aesthetic services, including DiamondGlow, CoolSculpting, ZO Skin Health treatments, chemical peels, enzyme peels, dermaplaning, and Venus Viva.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in medical aesthetics.

Administrative Tasks:

• Chart patient information accurately and efficiently in our medical software, ensuring compliance with patient privacy regulations.
• Schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and handle client follow-ups.
• Process payments accurately using a Point of Sale system.
• Assist with inventory management and promote skincare products to clients.

Spa Performance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Educate clients on current specials and promotions.
• Support the team with opening/closing duties and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Required: Licensed Managing Aesthetician in the State of Ohio.
• Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa or similar setting.
• Required: Dermaplane certification.
• Proven expertise in performing advanced medical aesthetic treatments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A passion for skincare and aesthetics, with a hunger to grow and excel.
