Experienced Medical Assistant

Looking for a full-time experienced certified medical assistant. (Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm on Friday)

Duties include, but not limited to:

• check-in and check-out patients
• authorizations and insurance verification
• scan documents to patient charts via Amazing Charts EMR
• answer phone calls and make patient reminder calls
• schedule appointments
• collect copays
• manage medical records requests
• room patients - take vitals; any other relevant duties necessary
• schedule surgeries
• assist with back office and patient care

Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Pay will be base on experience. Must have 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
