Medical Scribe (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Job Summary

Paragon Health Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to accurately document patient encounters, maintain medical records, and support efficient clinical operations. Responsibilities

• Scribe for physicians during patient visits
• Prepare, update, and maintain patient charts and medical records
• Schedule clinic appointments and surgeries
• Follow up on referrals, imaging studies, and authorizations
• Assist with insurance verification and coordination
• Communicate with patients, surgery centers, and healthcare providers
• Provide general administrative support to the office

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
• Prior medical office or scribing experience preferred
• Experience in spine/pain management or personal injury a plus!
