Experienced Metal Fabricator (Mechanically Inclined)

Seeking a skilled/experienced Welder/Metal Fabricator with strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a variety of metals, tools, and fabrication equipment, and the ability to design, build, and repair construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components according to specifications and blueprints
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, shears, brakes, rollers, mills, lathes, and assembly
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Interpret shop drawings, schematics, and work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding/metal fabrication
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment
• Responsible, trustworthy, and stays focused

Compensation & Benefits:
