Experienced Mold Remediation Technician - Precision Remediation - Specialized Environmental Work - High Standards

Square One Restoration is seeking a skilled remediation technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We are not a volume-based demolition company. Our team specializes in high-level mold remediation, medically important remediation, asbestos abatement, and complex environmental cleaning projects where precision matters.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Primary Responsibilities

• Advanced mold remediation
• Containment construction & negative pressure setup
• Detailed HEPA cleaning & small particle cleaning
• Safe demolition and material handling
• Operating HEPA filtration and drying equipment
• Following strict remediation and safety protocols
• Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites

Preferred Experience

• Mold remediation experience
• Asbestos abatement certification or field experience
• Familiarity with containment, decon chambers, and negative air systems
• Experience working in occupied residential environments
• Understanding of proper PPE and respirator use
• IICRC certifications are a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus
