Experienced Montessori Assistant Teacher (Infant, Toddler, or Primary)

Milestone Montessori is a new Montessori school in Houston’s Montrose District for children from 3 months through 6 years of age. We are looking for assistant teachers with experience working in a Montessori school. We are seeking assistants for our infant program, toddler program, and primary program who are passionate about creating a school environment and culture that is authentic to the Montessori Method.

Duties:
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Support the Montessori Lead Teacher to provide an authentic Montessori classroom experience
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily teaching practices

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students aged 3 months to 6 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.

Work Location: In person
