Experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson - Full-Time

Job Overview
Kuboske Construction Company is looking for a highly skilled Carpenter with experience across multiple trades. This position is ideal for someone who can handle a wide range of construction tasks—from framing to finish work and general project support.

We’re looking for a dependable, solutions-oriented individual who can step in wherever needed and help keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry (framing, decking, siding, trim, cabinetry install)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of carpentry or general construction experience
• Proven experience across multiple trades
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions.
• Assist with and/or perform work in multiple trades, including:
• Basic plumbing (fixture installs, minor repairs)
• Painting and finishing
• Flooring (LVP, laminate)
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Complete punch list items and detail work with precision
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Work independently or alongside a crew
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction trades, including carpentry (woodworking, metal stud framing), roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall finishing.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, reading schematics, blueprint interpretation, and fabrication techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing tasks.
