Experienced North Indian Chef (Specializing in Mughlai Cuisine)

We are seeking a talented and experienced North Indian Chef with a strong command of Mughlai cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing authentic Mughlai dishes, including kebabs, biryanis, rich curries, and tandoori items, with a deep understanding of traditional spices, techniques, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of authentic North Indian and Mughlai dishes with consistency and quality
• Develop and execute traditional and innovative recipes
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients
• Contribute to menu planning and specials
