Experienced Operations Manager (Final Expense USA Campaign)

We are Hiring an Operations Manager!

Are you a proven leader with experience in managing high performance call centers? We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team for a USA based Final Expense Telesales Campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Final Expense Telesales team.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure that sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Train, mentor, and lead sales teams, helping them optimize performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in Final Expense or Closing module.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational targets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7pm – 4am).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
