Experienced Painter

We’re looking for full-time painters & carpenters to join our crew and be part of a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in painting (and/or carpentry), is comfortable working with various tools, and can handle different environments and heights. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of our clients' properties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, removing wallpaper/old paint, covering furniture, taping off walls/trim/ceilings, etc.)
• Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty or plaster
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns as directed
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Work independently on smaller projects, ensuring efficiency and timeliness
• Apply appropriate finishes per Project Manager instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and supplies

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven painting experience
• Proficiency with painting tools and techniques
• Ability to work safely on ladders and at various heights
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Carpentry & staining experience is a plus but not required!

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
