Full-Time | DMV Area (DC, MD, VA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $22-$25 per hour (based on skill level)
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (Required)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter / Drywall Technician with 1–3 years of professional experience to support large-scale multi-family renovation projects throughout the DMV area. This role focuses on high-quality painting, drywall repair, mudding/taping, and surface restoration within both vacant and occupied apartment unit turns.

This is a production-driven environment where professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for occupied spaces are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do

Painting & Surface Restoration

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting
• Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, washing, paint removal)
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brush, roller, or sprayer
• Mask and protect surrounding areas

Drywall & Finishing

• Install drywall beads and prep surfaces for finishing
• Tape, mud, skim coat, and blend repairs seamlessly
• Sand and prepare surfaces for decoration
• Hang and finish drywall sheets (typically 1–3 at a time)
• Match texture (hand or machine applied)
• Work from plans and specifications when required

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years professional painting and drywall experience
• Multi-family renovation / production unit turn experience required
• Strong drywall repair and finishing skills
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• High-quality workmanship
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and respectful communication

Wood replacement knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting 25–50+ lbs.
• Standing and walking for entire shifts
• Climbing ladders and scaffolding
• Frequent bending, reaching, and overhead work
