Experienced Painting Subcontractor Crew – Residential Repaints

What This Opportunity Is

We’re looking for experienced residential painting subcontractors to take on consistent interior and exterior repaint projects in the Buffalo area.

This is not an entry-level painting position and this is not hourly employment. We are looking for reliable subcontractors or small crews who already know how to complete painting jobs at a professional standard without training or constant supervision.

We handle the:

• Sales
• Estimating
• Scheduling
• Customer communication before the job
• Job scope and project details

You handle:

• Showing up when scheduled
• Completing the work at a high standard
• Keeping the job site clean and professional
• Communicating clearly during the project
• Finishing jobs on time and to scope

This is ideal for a skilled painter or small painting crew that wants consistent work without having to chase leads, run ads, or deal with sales.

Types of Work

We are looking for subcontractors who can handle:

• Interior residential painting
• Exterior residential painting
• Cabinet painting
• Trim, walls, ceilings, doors, and detailed finish work
• Surface prep, sanding, caulking, patching, priming, and cleanup
• Popcorn ceiling removal is a major plus

What We’re Looking For

We are only looking for subcontractors with real residential painting experience.

You should be able to:

• Complete residential painting jobs from start to finish
• Prep properly before painting
• Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and customer property
• Cut clean lines and produce clean finishes
• Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and our team
• Follow the agreed scope of work
• Meet deadlines consistently
• Send progress updates/photos when needed

Requirements — Non-Negotiable

• Proven residential painting experience
• Your own tools and equipment
• A pickup truck, van, or reliable work vehicle
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete full jobs independently or with your own crew
• Photos of recent painting work
• Professional communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to keep job sites clean and organized

Strong Preference For

• Small crews of 2–4 people
• Cabinet painting experience
• Exterior painting experience
• Popcorn ceiling removal experience
• Experience working in occupied homes
• Insurance coverage
• Subcontractors who can handle multiple types of residential painting projects

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
