Experienced Paralegal or Legal Associate for a New York City Law Firm

Join our esteemed New York City-based law firm specializing in Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Law, Contract Law, Personal Injury Law, and Hospitality. We have an immediate opening for an English-speaking Attorney with exceptional writing skills to join our team as a Legal Associate.

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a qualified candidate with extensive experience in New York litigation. The ideal applicant will be proficient in drafting New York legal documents, including summonses, complaints, motions, discovery demands, discovery responses, and briefs, for both state and federal courts.

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

Law Degree from Pakistan

Experience working for New York-based law firms

Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents relevant to New York litigation

Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state legal procedures

Proficient in legal research and writing

Responsibilities:

Drafting and revising pleadings, motions, and other legal documents according to New York litigation standards. Experience in drafting discovery demands and responses is essential.

Collaborating closely with our legal team in NYC through virtual communications

Providing sound legal advice based on comprehensive research

Staying updated on relevant New York statutes, case law, and regulations
