Experienced Part-time Server / Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Server Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and or, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to safety and health regulations.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Skills
- Proficient in service techniques with a solid understanding of drink recipes and presentation.
- Knowledge of retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
- Experience in catering or food service environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
