Step By Step Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced dental assistant who wants to be part of a positive, organized, and team-focused pediatric dental office. We’re looking for someone who is confident, dependable, and naturally helps keep the clinical team running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant who enjoys working with kids, taking initiative, and being a leader in the back office.

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
• Take digital x-rays and chart accurately
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Help create a calm and positive experience for kids and parents
• Support the team and keep the day running smoothly

Requirements

• Dental assisting experience required
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication with patients and parents
• Organized and able to keep up in a busy practice
• Comfortable working with children
• Pediatric dental experience
