Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. If you have a proven track record of success, and at least 5 years of recent Plaintiff's litigation experience litigating Personal Injury cases, and are passionate about seeking justice for clients, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Propound and defend depositions and Discovery.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Take cases to Trial, as needed.
• Work with our staff, to resolve cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Florida.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
