We are a high-performance personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support active personal injury cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role is for someone who is confident in litigation workflows, thrives in a fast-paced, paperless environment, and wants to work as part of a sharp, team-oriented practice.

What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury litigation files from filing through resolution
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Prepare discovery responses and organize document productions
• Assist with depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules
• Communicate with clients, defense counsel, courts, and experts
• Maintain accurate case data and documents in CasePeer

What We’re Looking For

• Prior personal injury litigation paralegal experience required
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey civil litigation procedures
• Experience using CasePeer (or similar PI case management software)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable in a fully paperless office environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple active cases
• Ability to speak Russian or Spanish is helpful, but not required
