Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal

Experienced Paralegal (Personal Injury & WC) | Baltimore, MD | Full-Time, In-Office

We’re looking for a paralegal with previous experience handling pre-litigation personal injury and/or workers’ comp cases.

Requirements:

• Familiarity in case management Pre-Litigation; lien handling, medical record review, PIP/Bodily Injury claims, case prep, and settlement demands.
• Comfortable managing a caseload (up to 40-50 cases)
• Comfortable with technology/strong computer skills; keeping files updated in a cloud-based case management system (preferably Neos).
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Communicate professionally and developing a great rapport with clients, adjusters, and medical offices.
• Must be proactive, organized, highly motivated, and ready to take ownership of your work.
