Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal (MDM)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal administrative skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury law.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other resources to support case preparation
- Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documents
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner
- Manage calendars and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
- Proficient in legal drafting and administrative tasks related to personal injury cases
- Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
