We are a fast-growing, high-performance personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement
• Request, track, review, and organize medical records and bills
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Prepare and assist with demand packages and settlement documentation
• Maintain accurate case data in CasePeer
• Work closely with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently and strategically

What We’re Looking For

• Prior pre-litigation personal injury experience required
• Experience using CasePeer (or similar PI case management software)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable in a fully paperless office environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills and professional judgment
• Team-first mindset with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Ability to speak Russian or Spanish is helpful, but not required
