The Opportunity

We are hiring a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient experience to serve as a primary clinician in our Murfreesboro clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients, supervise a tech, and help shape the clinical culture of a growing practice.

Experience in vestibular rehabilitation is a meaningful differentiator and will be reflected in compensation — but if you bring strong orthopedic skills and a desire to learn, we will invest in your vestibular training through FYZICAL's proprietary clinical education programs.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including post-surgical rehab, spine, sports injuries, upper and lower extremity dysfunction
• Conduct vestibular and balance assessments; deliver evidence-based vestibular rehab (BPPV, unilateral hypofunction, PPPD, concussion-related vestibular dysfunction)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with payer requirements
• Nurture physician and specialist referral relationships in the Murfreesboro market
• Contribute to the clinic's culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee PT license in good standing (required)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience (required)
• Demonstrated competency in orthopedic evaluation and treatment
• Vestibular experience preferred; FYZICAL vestibular training available
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage and mentor a PTA and/or tech
• OCS, CMPT, or other specialty certifications a plus

Compensation & Benefits — Full Time

Base Salary Range

$80,000–$85,000

Salary is commensurate with experience and vestibular credentials.
