Your Impact

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Lead comprehensive evaluations and design personalized, outcome-driven treatment plans
• Deliver advanced, evidence-based interventions (orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, trigger point therapy & more)
• Guide patients through recovery with a focus on function, independence, and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Empower patients and families through education and long-term wellness strategies
• Track and optimize progress using modern EMR systems and clinical best practices
• Mentor emerging clinicians and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence

• Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical foundation
• Proven experience across hospital, outpatient, or home health settings
• Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions
