Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumbing Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to high-quality Sewer Repair solutions. MUST have a valid/clean drivers license and reliable transportation. Must live within 30 miles of our office

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Conduct construction plumbing tasks including rough-ins, fixture installations, and remodeling projects
• Operate heavy machinery such as pipe threaders, welding equipment, and HVAC tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate site activities while adhering to safety protocols
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly
• Assist with basic carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations or remodeling projects
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work while maintaining proper ergonomics
• Read schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot complex plumbing or HVAC systems effectivelySkills
• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of building codes and safety standards
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery specific to plumbing tasks
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise installations
• Mechanical knowledge of piping systems, pipe threading techniques, and HVAC components
• Familiarity with remodeling processes and handyman skills for versatile project support
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various construction environments
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning during installations
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
