Experienced Pool Technician Wanted

We are looking for a dependable, experienced Pool Technician who can work independently and take pride in doing the job right. This is not an entry-level position, we’re looking for someone who already knows the ins and outs of pool service and can manage a route with minimal supervision.

About Us

We are a small, locally owned pool service company with a large and established client base, providing steady, consistent work. You’ll work directly with the owner, with clear communication and support when needed, but this is largely an independent, self-managed role.

Each day starts at our home base, where you’ll load up the chemicals and equipment needed for your route before heading out. We run a straightforward, no-drama operation and value reliability, consistency, and quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service a designated pool route independently
• Skim, vacuum, brush, and maintain pools
• Test and balance chemicals using a test kit
• Operate equipment including a Hammerhead Vacuum
• Identify and report equipment issues or needed repairs
• Keep basic service notes for each stop

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a pool technician (required)
• Ability to accurately read and use a test kit
• Experience using a Hammerhead (or similar system)
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Reliable, consistent, and shows up on time
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Bonus (Not Required)

• Own truck for work use (we can discuss options)
