Introduction
We are seeking two highly forward-thinking, organized and experienced Pre-Litigation Assistants to join our legal team as Case Managers. As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your assigned cases, ensuring efficient and effective management from start to finish.
This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to comprehend instructions and information with problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year personal injury Pre-Litigation experience required to be considered.
- Bilingual Spanish.
- In-person attendance Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (depending on our needs at the time of hire).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to pass a criminal background check & provide three (3) valid professional references.

Responsibilities include
- Case management, generally.
- Drafting demands.
- Negotiations.
- Following client treatment status and maintain medical timelines.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Ordering medical records, affidavits, FOIAs, and other evidence.
- Maintaining case files.
- Assisting the Pre-Lit Supervisor with settlement closing process.
- Ability and willingness to adhere to all TIL policies and SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
