Experienced & Premium Property Advisor - Basic Allowance + Commission (Abu Dhabi)

**Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE fulltime onsite**

**Basic Allowance: For first 2 months**

Job Description:

PSI is one of the UAE’s leading and global real estate company having nearly 20 years of success having 1300+ and 50+ nationalities working globally.

We’re expanding our Sales Team and looking for experienced Property Consultants/Offplan Advisors to join us.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client meetings, property tours, negotiations, and closing
• Build long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends and PSI property offerings
• Generate business through networking, referrals, events, and online platforms
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Keep CRM records updated and support required documentation

What You'll Need:

• Experience in UAE real estate sales/brokerage (fresh are also welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and comfortable with commission-based earnings
• Fluent in Arabic or a European language (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE property processes (advantage)
• UAE driving license (preferred)
