What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and learning.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where every child feels welcome and excited to learn.
• Observe and support each child’s growth, adapting activities to their individual needs.
• Lead both structured and playful activities to encourage cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
• Partner with parents to share progress and celebrate milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to create a cohesive and joyful classroom environment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and engaging learning space.
• Uphold all school policies, including safety and health protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education credentials a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children (infants to 5 years old).
• CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or equivalent highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus!
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for nurturing young learners and shaping their early educational experiences.
