Experienced Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development. This role involves educating students in various subjects, with a focus on literacy education and special education needs. The Teacher will implement curriculum development strategies, manage classroom dynamics, and provide tutoring support to enhance student learning outcomes.

Duties

• Assisting Teachers with completing daily and weekly lessons.
• Interacting with students positively while providing a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support student success.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
• Maintaining a clean classroom environment.
• Actively supervising students at all times.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience in preschool or toddler care is a plus.
• Strong skills in classroom management and curriculum development.
• Proficiency in tutoring techniques to support diverse learners.
• Knowledge of literacy education principles and special education practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect for all students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
