Experienced Printing Press Operator

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials
- Monitor and adjust press settings to ensure proper color management and print quality
- Fabricate printing plates and prepare printing materials
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing presses
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accurate reproduction of typography and graphics
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating various types of printing presses
- Knowledge of fabricating printing plates and preparing printing materials
- Familiarity with color management techniques and ensuring accurate color reproduction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Understanding of print advertising standards and requirements
- Basic machining skills for press maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus
- Experience with screen printing is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to move heavy objects.
